Manuel Antonio National Park
The Manuel Antonio National Park is perhaps the most visited in Costa Rica. The picturesque Punta Catedral was once an island off the coast, over the years, sedimentation was the uniting with the beach.
Four beaches are within the park: Manuel Antonio, Espadilla South Escondido and Playita. With its white sands and calm sea is suitable for people of all ages. Visitors can enjoy the trails in the park since Espadilla traveling to Punta Catedral (100 m). Both Manuel Antonio and South Espadilla contain natural beaches and the possibility of snorkeling. It can also be seen in the trails and other mammals such as monkeys guatusas.
Despite the Manuel Antonio National Park is the smallest of Costa Rica, its beauty and biodiversity, is home in its 6.83 km ², 109 mammal species, 184 bird species, among which are two lazy and three fingers, white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys and spider monkeys. Besides the green iguanas, basilisks, bats and snakes are common in the park. Sometimes you can observe dolphins and whales. The area is suitable for sea kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding and hiking.

The park is open from 8 am to 4 pm, with safe drinking water and sanitation.
